From some self examing and reading, I found out my learning style is "Concrete Random" and the Concrete Random individual:
- Is highly curious
- Finds out-of-ordinary answers to problems
- Seems driven to say or do things in a way others have not
- Is a risk-taker
- Likes to discover my own way of doing things; must test things for myself
- Is extremely independent and competitive with myself
- Prefers to investigate and experiment; enjoys hands-on experimenting
- Skips steps and details
- Shows original creativity; has varied and unusual ideas
- Has multiple projects going at once
- Finds possibilities, creates change
- Is notorious for not reading directions or instructions
- Fears structure
And I'm stretched for the following:
- Pacing and meeting time limitations
- Completing projects
- Choosing one answer
- Keeping detailed records
- Prioritizing
- Accepting others’ ideas without showing another way
- Accepting when change is impossible
I have to say it's about 90% correct describing my ways of thinking. There are a few things which I have to overcome, like prioritizing and organizing. Sounds scary for I'm running a business.
